Let me help you relax!
Seven years ago, I decided it’s time to find a job that I feel really passionate about and that allows me more flexibility and time for my family. I always loved having a massage so I decided to become a MASSAGE therapist myself. I am delighted that I can now share my passion and knowledge and help other women to relax and feel better, especially during pregnancy, post-natal and menopause.
Becoming a mum,
I realised how fascinating it is to watch babies and children develop and change so quickly. This is why I became an instructor in baby massage and baby yoga and offered a play group for older babies and toddlers sharing my story massage skills. These classes were creative, fun and relaxing at the same time, for adults and little ones!
During the Covid crisis I discovered MINDFULNESS for myself and my family and decided to train as a Meditation Teacher for children and teenagers with Connected Kids. I’m now available to visits schools for mindfulness workshops. And in early 2023 I qualified as Mindfulness Practionner for adults as well, I then decided to specialise in Mindful Walking for adults and now offer free walking sessions in Bedford’s Parks.
I love learning new skills - I’m currently working on a menopause practitioner qualification.
I am fully qualified and have professional indemnity insurance. I am DBS checked and qualified as First Aider at Work.
