Let me help you relax

Seven years ago, I chose a more meaningful path, training as a massage therapist to support women while creating more time for my family.

Since then, I’ve expanded into baby massage and yoga, mindfulness teaching for children and adults, and meditative walking sessions.

Today, I focus on helping women relax and reconnect through massage, walks and women’s circles, while continuing to deepen my skills in breathwork and grounding.

I’m fully qualified, insured, DBS checked and First Aid trained, and look forward to welcoming you.

Mindful walks with Anne are very relaxing and I treat them as a mini reset break during my working hours. The meditation at the beginning and the walk itself bring my focus inwards and promote peacefulness that is quite often difficult to achieve on my own. You’re always in good and safe hands with Anne.
